Refund Policy

All teesh-art products are made-to-order using print-on-demand manufacturing. Because each item is custom printed specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

Defective or damaged items

If your item arrives with a print defect or shipping damage, we will send a free replacement. To qualify:

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery
• Provide a photo clearly showing the defect or damage
• You do not need to return the defective item

Once we verify the issue, a replacement will be produced and shipped at no additional cost.

What we cannot replace or refund

• Orders where the wrong size was selected (please check sizing before ordering)
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Requests made more than 14 days after delivery
• Color differences due to monitor/screen settings

How to request a replacement

Email us at support@teesh-art.com with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the defect
• Brief description of the issue

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Cancellations

Because production begins immediately after payment, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
