teesh-art sells custom-printed apparel manufactured on demand. This site is operated from Washington State, USA. When you purchase from this site, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms.

Products and pricing

• All products are made-to-order and printed upon purchase
• Prices are listed in US dollars and include the cost of production
• Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before payment
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice (existing orders are not affected)

Orders and fulfillment

• Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed
• Production typically begins within 1–2 business days of order placement
• Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days (production + shipping), though times may vary
• We currently ship within the United States only
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs

Intellectual property

All designs, images, and content on this site are the property of teesh-art or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs without written consent.

Limitation of liability

teesh-art is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from purchases
• Issues caused by third-party services (payment processors, shipping carriers, print providers)
• Temporary site unavailability or errors

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
